Specialize in Reverse Mortgages for Seniors. Working with Realtors with the new program which allows Seniors to purchase a home with a Reverse Mortgage and have no monthly payments. There are so many stories in which we have changed a Senior's life with the use of a Reverse Mortgage. And, this is what makes my job so rewarding as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant. Now that Seniors 62 and older are allowed to purchase a home using the Reverse Mortgage for Purchase Product, many Realtor's and Relocation Specialists are educating themselves in just how the program works and how they can have a new line of income potential with the Senior population.
